3. Account Responsibilities
Your earnphp63 account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity
that takes place under your account, whether or not it was carried out by you directly.
Username and Password

accessed without your authorisation, contact earnphp63 support immediately.
Account Accuracy
All information you provide to earnphp63 must be accurate and kept up to date.
If your contact details change — particularly your mobile number or email address —
update them in your account settings as soon as possible. Outdated contact details
may delay support responses and transaction verifications.
One Account per Person
Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited at earnphp63. If multiple accounts are
found to be linked to the same person or household, earnphp63 may close the duplicate accounts,
void any associated winnings, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
Note:
earnphp63 monitors for duplicate accounts and suspicious activity continuously.
Accounts found to be in violation may be suspended without prior notice.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
earnphp63 supports a range of local payment methods to make it as easy as possible for
Filipino players to fund and access their accounts. All financial transactions are denominated
in Philippine Peso (₱).
Deposits
Deposits may be made via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet,
BDO Online Banking, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards.

- All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours during business days for most payment
channels. e-Wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically the fastest.
Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
- Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in the same name as your earnphp63 account.

Failed or Disputed Transactions

6. Gameplay and Fair Use
All games offered on the earnphp63 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs)
or live dealer systems to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. earnphp63 does not manipulate
results in favour of the house beyond the publicly disclosed house edge for each game.
Sports Betting
Odds for all sports markets on earnphp63 — including football, basketball, and other events —
are updated in real time and reflect current market conditions. Bets placed are final once
confirmed. earnphp63 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by technical
errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or match irregularities.
Technical Issues
In the event of a technical fault or service interruption that affects the outcome of a game
or bet, earnphp63 will conduct a review and apply a fair resolution — which may include voiding
the affected round and returning stakes, or honouring the result if sufficient data exists
to confirm the outcome.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the earnphp63 Platform.
Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension,
forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
- Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform — any discovered issues must be reported to support immediately.
- Engaging in chip dumping, collusion, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate outcomes.
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
- Providing false personal information or fraudulent documentation during KYC verification.
- Abusing bonus and promotion systems through bet hedging, irregular patterns, or systematic exploitation.

use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the
30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
